Central Valley Ag Exports, Inc. is a company created in 2005 by CEO Didier Vivies. He started as a middleman and for 3 years exported goods (commodities) to his home island, Guadeloupe (a small island in the Carribbean), for about three years. He decided to open up his own warehouse in California’s Central Valley, known to be one of the most productive agricultural regions in the world. Central Valley Ag Exports, Inc (CVAE) now specializes in packaging dry commodities (beans, peas, lentils, oats) in small packages going from 1 lb. bags- 100 lbs. bags and distributing these packages in retail stores, supermarkets, food services, and food banks domestically and overseas
