Renee has 25 years in public relations and communications experience, executive director of the Ceres Chamber of Commerce; and she has been effective and successful in economic development efforts attracting new businesses and retaining businesses in the Central Valley. Recently, she has joined the Valley Sierra Small Business Development Center as a general consultant.
