Join us for our first 2024 session of Coffee and Conversation, featuring Dr. Mallory Embree, Chief Science Officer and technical co-founder of Native Microbials. Dr. Embree brings a wealth of knowledge and experience, derived from her extensive academic and research background in bioengineering and microbial communities.

Dr. Embree's journey began with a BS in Biomedical Engineering from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, followed by a PhD in Bioengineering from the University of California, San Diego. Her research stands at the forefront of microbial community study, employing innovative methodologies to explore both natural and synthetic ecosystems. With a focus on bioinformatics and multiple-omics datasets integration, her work examines the microbiome from a unique species-centric perspective.

Founded in 2015, Native Microbials is at the vanguard of microbiome product commercialization. Their mission centers on enhancing the performance, efficiency, and sustainability of animals. A testament to their innovation is Galaxis Frontier, a groundbreaking probiotic that positively influences the rumen microbiome of dairy cows, thereby optimizing production efficiency and promoting animal health.
