On this week’s free webinar, host and SBDC director, Kelly Bearden will be joined by Dr. Aaron Hegde, professor of economics at CSUB and executive director of the university’s Grimm Family Center for Agricultural Business. Dr. Hegde will discuss the Grimm Family Center’s planned programs and events for 2024, opportunities for student research and field experience, and the creation of new innovations and technologies.  
 
Bearden will begin the webinar with the need for Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) borrowers to apply for forgiveness before the March 3 deadline and how to file. He will also provide details and upcoming deadlines for Beneficial Ownership Information (BOI) reporting and the Employee Retention Credit Amnesty Program. 
 
Questions from attendees will be taken.
