Host and SBDC director, Kelly Bearden will be joined by Michael Balstad, certified exit planning advisor and founder of Harvest Transition Solutions, a firm that specializes in exit strategies for small business owners. Balstad will discuss important points for owners to keep in mind when they are ready to sell or to gradually transition out of their business. 
 
Bearden will begin the webinar with information on Beneficial Ownership Information (BOI) reporting and the Corporate Transparency Act, as well as the Employee Retention Credit Amnesty Program and how to qualify. 
 
Questions from attendees will be taken.
