The 5th Annual #SBDCDay is being celebrated today, March 17th. SBDC Day is a national, collective proclamation of the impact America’s Small Business Development Centers (SBDCs) have on the success of our nation’s dreamers, innovators, and doers- America’s small businesses.
SBDC Day unites the nearly 1,000 SBDC centers across the county and the hundreds of thousands of clients they serve. SBDC’s across the county help small businesses start, grow, expand or strengthen their businesses. The Central CA Regional Small Business Development Center hosts 6 centers, serving a total of 14 different counties across central California. The Valley Community SBDC proudly serves Fresno, Kings, Madera and Tulare counties.
This past Monday, Dr. Bennett, Clovis Community College Dean Zierfuss-Hubbard, and VC SBDC Center Director Rich Mostert were honored to accept a Proclamation in honor of SBDC Day on Monday at the Clovis City Council meeting.
In 2020, the Valley Community SBDC Accomplished:
- 31 Businesses Opened
- 6,293 Jobs Supported
- $8,783,795.00 Sales Increase
- Over $31 million in Capital Infusion
